If the 3 GBs are at level 80, the bonuns increase 10% of all productions in your city, including GBs, do not includes passive bonuses like Arc bonus. Fast should be obviously strong against Artillery. Artillery has the most power against units that don't counter it. So among the 3 'strong' units that leaves us with:

It lists the heavy's ability as 'stealth' - presuming this is stealth on plains like stealth tanks and hover tanks, that actually changes complexion a lot itself - even if they did stick with the stupid-range-2 of recent heavies. Actually as I've thought about it more, I think it could be an interesting mix of units (though no new abilities in so long still irks me).
